Notification of Procurement Opportunities
Registration with the City is not required to submit a proposal, bid or quote to the City of Weston. A W-9 is required at the point of conducting business for purposes of registration in the City’s financial data system, Tyler Munis. The City posts formal solicitations on DemandStar/EUNA OpenBids and on the City’s Procurement website. Informal solicitations are posted on DemandStar/EUNA OpenBids only.
Vendors interested in doing business with the City are encouraged to register through DemandStar/EUNA OpenBids. DemandStar/EUNA OpenBids registration is required to receive notifications for formal and informal solicitations posted on the platform. Vendors responding to the City’s Requests for Informal Quotes (RFIQ), may submit quotes via email (as noted on RFIQ) or electronically through DemandStar/EUNA OpenBids. Formal solicitations, such as Request for Bids (Bid), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Letters of Interest (RLI), are posted on the City’s website and on DemandStar/EUNA OpenBids, but require hard copy originals to be delivered City Hall by the submittal due date noted on the solicitation.
