Small Business and MAP Broward Project Opportunities and Information

The Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) is responsible for enhancing Broward County's economy by recruiting new and supporting existing industries, and creating new employment opportunities for residents. Working collaboratively with key partners, OESBD’s mission is to promote job growth, diversify the County's industrial mix, and expand the local tax base.

OESBD provides many trainings, conferences, and events that are always FREE.
They have a ton of Programs and Services for small businesses and those wanting to start a business, including micro-grants and more.

In recognition of Small Business Week, May 3-9, Broward County's Office of Economic & Small Business Development reminds our local small businesses of the many assistance programs available to support and empower. Aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners and thriving professionals are invited to attend the annual Broward and Beyond Business Conference on Friday, June 12 from 8am-4:30pm at the Broward County Convention Center. Learn how to reach full entrepreneurial potential while gaining resources, networking and business opportunities. Find key strategies to grow your business and stand out from the competition.
