A formal zoning request requires the following:

• Address of zoning inquiry
• Company/Individual the letter should be addressed to
• Additional information requests related to the parcel (i.e. adjacent parcels, overlay districts, etc.)

If you prefer the original letter sent through a courier that is not USPS or regular mail, a self-addressed and stamped package will need to be included with your request. Otherwise, it will be posted directly to your Accela account for you to view and print at your convenience.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the zoning letter to be processed.

Permit applications can be submitted using the City of Weston's ePermit Portal. Click on "Apply" in the top menu and select "Planning & Development Services". Complete the online form and be sure to select “Zoning” as the record type to request the Zoning Confirmation Letter.
