HOW TO GET A WATER METER PERMIT 

1 - PREPARE AND GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
A building permit requires certain documents for approval.
2 - APPLY FOR A PERMIT
Permit applications can be submitted using the City Of Weston's ePermit portal. Instructions found here.
3 - FURTHER INFORMATION MAY BE REQUESTED
Notification of any extra requests will happen by way of your supplied Email.
4 - WAIT FOR PLAN APPROVAL AND PERMIT ISSUANCE
Your application and plans will go through a formal review process. There might be more requests during this process. Once approved, a notification email will outline the next step.
5 - BEGIN WORK
Once the permit is issued then work can begin.
6 - PERFORM INSPECTIONS
Along the construction process the City will need to inspect the work done. The inspections can be scheduled using the City Of Weston's ePermit portal. Instructions found here.
7 - PERFORM PERMIT CLOSING PROCEDURES
There might be some additional steps to finalize/close out the permit.
