The City of Weston will provide searches of properties within the City, as follows:

For Indian Trace Properties

• Water / Sewer
• Pending code violations/code enforcement liens
• Open permits
• Town Foundation

For Bonaventure Properties

• Pending code violations / code enforcement liens
• Open permits
• BDD Capital Assessments

The Estoppel Request Form (in Accela) must be completed and mailed to the City with the appropriate fee for each property search requested.

Allow five (5) business days from the date the check is received for processing and the results to be faxed back.
