Windmill Ranch Park, is located next to Everglades Elementary School, at 2900 Bonaventure Boulevard in Weston. 

Located next to Everglades Elementary School, this park is undergoing a complete reimagining to activate the space with the addition of amenities and direct access and parking from Bonaventure Boulevard.

The park is closed during construction, but the end result will be a park that provides more recreational opportunities and easier park access.

Windmill Ranch Park, is currently under-utilized by the public at large.  Increasing the park amenities and providing access directly from Bonaventure Boulevard with dedicated parking, will give this park greater exposure and provide residents and visitors with an enhanced experience. 

Schedule:

Construction began September 2, 2025. 
The park will be closed while under construction. 
Anticipated completion, June, 2026.

• Accessible Playground with shade canopy
• Sand Court for Beach Volleyball and Beach Tennis
• Multicourt for Basketball and Pickleball
• Bankshot Family Basketball area

• Walking path with soft poured in place surface
