Weston Local Business Tax Receipt Requirements 

All active businesses in Weston, including home-based businesses, are required to have a local Business Tax Receipt.  A Certificate of Use, fire inspections or other code requirements may also be required.

• Special Event Permit

For new businesses hosting a Grand Opening: once you have a valid  Weston Business Tax Receipt the Weston Communications Department will post your Grand Opening on our social media. Contact us!
