The City of Weston, Florida (City, “we”, “us”, “our”) creates and provides its Official Website: www.westonfl.org (Site, Website) as a service to its residents, businesses, visitors and the general public.  By accessing or using the Site, or information, materials and data contained within the Site, the user hereby agrees to accept the following terms and conditions contained below (collectively, “Terms of Use”) before using this Site.  By visiting the official website of The City of Weston, Florida, users agree that they will not use the Site for any unlawful activity or use it in any way that would violate any of the terms and conditions stated in this Terms of Use Policy and Legal Information.

You do not have to give us personal information to visit our website or download our publications. Email

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.  Email is not a secure form of transmission. As such, we do not recommend you transmit sensitive or personally identifiable information via email.

Information is encrypted from your computer to the website computer processing your request.  We do not store credit card information and all payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors. 

In order to further secure your privacy, do not divulge any passwords or sensitive information to anyone in a phone call or email. When you are finished with those applications that are password protected or require your credit card information, it is always recommended that you close or otherwise exit the browser page.
