Chain of Survival for CPR lifesaving measures

Ages 8 and over are invited to participate in our FREE Hands-Only CPR training. A simplified form of CPR using only compression and no breaths. In one hour, you will learn life-saving instruction on CPR, how to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), perform the Heimlich technique for choking victims and Stop the Bleed.

For every minute without CPR, the chance of survival goes down 10%. Whether a child, teenager or adult, an incident can occur at home, at work, or at play where CPR is needed and minutes DO matter.  We all live around and near water and a near drowning does not have to prove fatal.  Learn CPR.  Too many times what appear to be healthy individuals in their 40's, 50's or 60's have a cardiac arrest.  Learn CPR.  

Participants will receive instruction from professionals of BSO Fire Rescue and Cleveland Clinic Florida. 

No reservation required; just stop in between 10 AM and 2 PM.
