ALERTWeston is the City's NEW Emergency Notification System. Get alerted about emergencies and other important Weston news by signing up for ALERTWeston. This enables us to provide you with critical information quickly in a variety of ways: phone, text and email.

Your safety is our top concern, and during an emergency, we want to get pertinent information to you quickly. ALERTWeston is a major communication too, which helps the City to do that. The City of Weston has partnered with AlertFlorida and Everbridge, a mass notification software, to power ALERT Weston.

Residents and business owners who register will receive notices about critical events such as boil water orders, missing person, or an incident that is deemed an emergency due to the imminent threat to person(s) safety and welfare. 

IMPORTANT:  Residents who have previously registered for Weston's CodeRED, need to complete their new ALERT Weston profile and select notification preferences in the new Everbridge system. If you do not sign up, you will only receive notifications by the social media methods Weston currently uses, if you follow Weston social media. 

• ALERT Weston is powered by AlertFlorida and Everbridge. 
• ALERT Weston delivers notifications by phone, email, and/or text - you choose.
• ALERT Weston is compatible with TDD/TTY devices for the deaf or hard of hearing. 
• ALERT Weston notifications sent out will show the City Hall number: 954-385-2000 on caller ID.
• You must still register with ALERT Weston if you were registered with CodeRED.
• The Everbridge Mobile app sends geographically-based messages to subscribers nationwide.
• On the mobile app, search for Alert Weston or Weston FL
