With over 100 Homeowner associations or Condominium Boards in Weston, there are a lot of individuals who are going to be impacted on July 1, 2024, when House Bill 1203 goes into effect.  Property Managers, Board Members, homeowners and unit owners ALL need to be aware of its existence and how it may impact how your association does business.  

This is new to everyone, and there will need to be education on just what the changes mean and how they impact each association.  For property managers and board members, look to your association attorneys and training sessions.

Florida dbpr - Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Home (CTMH) Education and Outreach 

The CTMH has a dedicated education team in South Florida that facilitates courses for condo board members and unit owners.  Courses are FREE, they are offered both in-person and virtual, and in both English and Spanish language.  You can even request a course on a specific topic that fits the need of your association!
