Harvest Drive 2026 - Food and More
HISTORY: The Harvest Drive was established at Country Isles Elementary in 1992 to empower students to help their fellow students. Harvest Drive volunteers initially provided food and other necessities to Broward County schools’ families in need at Thanksgiving.
TODAY: Over thirty years later, Harvest Drive operates year-round to help feed families throughout the Broward School System, and others referred to them by counselors. They provide non-perishable food and toiletries, as well as new and gently used essential clothing and household items to children and families who struggle to meet basic needs.
GREAT WAYS TO HELP:
BOGO items; bring us your supermarket buy-one, get-one (BOGO).
Clean out your closets - your back of the closet items can make someone's day.
Sheets, blankets and towels are desperately needed at all times.
DROP OFF:
Bin located outside City Hall front doors, available 24/7 in a covered location at 17200 Royal Palm Blvd.
Thank you for generously supporting the Harvest Drive and our efforts to provide a happy and healthy Thanksgiving to food insecure families in our Broward County Schools.
