Weston's Park and Recreation Facilities

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, there are specific emergency orders regarding the use of parks. All parks except Regional, Tequesta Trace and Vista Park are open daily, 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. for passive use only.  Restrooms, water fountains, basketball courts, playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment remain closed.

Regional Tequesta Trace and Vista Park are now open 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. with organized league sport activities permitted. For details, visit WestonFL.org/NewWay.  The hockey rinks, skate park and volleyball courts are closed.  Basketball courts are CLOSED at Regional Park due to the inability to keep play to the 1-person limit per the Emergency Order for safety (as of 6/18/2020)

Lightning Prediction System

The lightning prediction system is active in three major athletic parks:  Tequesta Trace Park, Vista Park and Weston Regional Park. The warning system will emit a loud horn blast, signaling that all park visitors must seek shelter. The system will give an "all-clear" by emitting three short horn blasts.
