City Holiday Observance
- All City of Weston parks will close at 6 p.m.
- There will be regularly scheduled garbage, recycling and bulk pickup service
Traffic Impacts
To minimize traffic delays and any inconvenience to motorists and cyclists, please note the following temporary road and lane closures:
From 6 to 8:30 a.m.:
Due to the 4th of July 5K Run/Walk event in and around Weston Town Center, the following roadways will be affected during this time.
- Bell Tower Lane
- Bonaventure Boulevard
- Town Center Circle
- Town Center Blvd
- Three Village
- Indian Trace (complete closure of westbound traffic)
- Market Street
Intermittent access to Mariposa, 10X Weston and Weston Town Center, including Publix. Access to Town Center will be restricted to the Bonaventure Boulevard entrance during the 5K race.
9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The City of Weston Fourth of July Hometown Parade takes place in and around Weston Town Center. Traffic will be impacted in the area from approximately 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
- Town Center Boulevard: Northbound from Town Center Cirlce to Three Village Road and southbound lane closures from Indian Trace to Town Center Circle
- Three Village Road: Closed eastbound between Town Center Boulevard and Bonaventure Boulevard. Closed in both directions due to pedestrians on both sides of the roadway
- Bonaventure Boulevard: Closed southbound between Three Village Road and Bell Tower Lane
- Access to Weston Town Center, including Publix: Access to Town Center will be restricted during the parade (from 10:30 until 12:30 p.m.), and limited throughout the morning as the events are set up. Arrive early if you plan to park onsite to view the parade.
