The City of Weston Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada, for the past eight consecutive years. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting.

The City of Weston budget has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the past three years from the Government Finance Officers Association. This is the highest form of recognition in governmental budgeting and represents a significant achievement.
